10 Things + Growth

Apartment rehab, building character, lobsters, more adventures, vending machines, cars and charcoal

Brought to you by… us!

It ain’t easy.

But it’s worth it.

An old cowboy once said “anything that’s worth a crap is a pain in the butt” (that’s the Kidz Bop version, use your imagination). He said he heard that as a young man, and had been trying to prove it wrong his whole life, but hadn’t.

Things that are worth doing are hard. That’s just a part of life. “If it was easy, everyone would do it” is another old-timer saying.

So what does that leave us with? Do the hard things.

Get up early. Go running even though it’s too cold, too hot, too wet. Pack your lunch and get to work. Say “no” more often and pay down that debt. Get home and grind on the side project. Do what you have to do, to get what you want to get.

Personal growth starts with action.
